Fletcher Dunn
Senior Director
Fletcher Dunn is a senior director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With more than 14 years of real estate capital markets experience, Mr. Dunn specializes in commercial real estate loan originations across the country.
Previously, Mr. Dunn worked as a senior director on the Investment Sales team, where he was involved in the origination and execution of more than $1.7B of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets in the Carolinas. Before that, he served as vice president in Walker & Dunlop's Proprietary Capital Group, where he assisted with the origination, structuring, and execution of more than $2 billion of first mortgage loans secured by transitional multifamily assets for Walker & Dunlop's balance sheet and separate account with Blackstone Mortgage Trust. Mr. Dunn started his career as an underwriter in Walker & Dunlop's GSE Underwriting group.
Mr. Dunn earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA and currently sits on the Charlotte Advisory Board for Entryway.
