Managing Director & Financial Reporting Practice Co-Lead
Adriane Bookwalter, CPA, CCIM is a Managing Director and the Financial Reporting Practice Lead for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. Based in New York, New York, Ms. Bookwalter specializes in a variety of financial reporting services, including asset allocations, business combinations, net asset valuations, and debt and equity fair value measurements for periodic reporting. In the past five years, she has provided valuation and advisory services for more than $20 billion in transactions, and her clients include REITs, Fortune 500 companies, banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and private companies.
Prior to joining Apprise, Ms. Bookwalter was a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Reporting group within Valuation & Advisory practice. Prior to that role, she worked in a specialty real estate consulting group at PwC. Over the course of her 12 years of experience, Ms. Bookwalter has completed valuation and advisory services across a wide variety of commercial real estate investments including all asset types (multifamily, retail, office, industrial, medical, data centers, agriculture) located throughout the United States and internationally.
Ms. Bookwalter earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University. Ms. Bookwalter is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) within the state of Illinois and is a Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM).
