Dustin Swartz
Managing Director
Dustin Swartz, managing director, is responsible for originating multifamily loans nationwide, with a primary emphasis on the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States. Over the course of his career, Mr. Swartz has completed over $2.5 billion of loan originations.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop Mr. Swartz served as vice president at CWCapital LLC where he originated over $400 million of Agency and CMBS loans for the firm. Previously, Mr. Swartz was a 10-year veteran of Green Park Financial, which now operates as Walker & Dunlop, where he began his career as a Fannie Mae underwriter before moving into Agency loan originations as vice president. While at Green Park, Mr. Swartz originated and closed over $1.1 billion of Agency loans, including a $200 million Fannie Mae Credit Facility for a public REIT and a $100 million refinance for a 21-asset multifamily portfolio.
Mr. Swartz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from Pennsylvania State University and graduated with the highest GPA in the real estate degree program.
