Jonathan Kushner
Associate Director
Jonathan Kushner, associate director, is responsible for originating commercial financing opportunities for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Kushner served as a commercial financing consultant at Deerwood Real Estate Capital (Deerwood), where he reviewed new deals to determine financial viability and risk, determine the most competitive debt/equity structure, and designed unique marketing packages for presentation to financial institutions. Before Deerwood, Mr. Kushner served as a business development associate at Devington Technologies, LLC, where he created an online presence by creatively designing the company’s new website, introduced the company to 12 new leads, and consulted and trained new clients on billing procedures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kushner served as an accounting intern for Extended Care Clinical where he compiled, computed, and posted payroll allocations, recurring journal entries, income statements, and financial statements for nursing facilities.
Mr. Kushner graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business in New York.
