We are proud to be among the first cohort of companies participating in the MLT Black Equity at Work Certification Program and Hispanic Equity at Work Certification, which establish a comprehensive Black and Hispanic equity standard and roadmap for employers.

Our ERG’s

Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide similarly identifying employees with the space for community building and unification. These groups allow for increased awareness, inclusion, and support within the workplace. We currently have eight ERGs at Walker & Dunlop.
