Jeremy Nussbaum
Managing Director
With over 14 years of experience and located in Walker & Dunlop’s Englewood Cliffs office, Jeremy Nussbaum, Managing Director, provides customized financing solutions to owners and operators of commercial real estate properties across the United States. Mr. Nussbaum has closed over $1B in loan closings over the last three years and continues to grow out his business.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Nussbaum served as a mortgage broker at Deerwood Capital Real Estate where he originated commercial loans, handled loan closings, and began his career in commercial real estate. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nussbaum was a residential mortgage broker in California where he reviewed loan packages, submitted an average of $5 million in loans per month, and had an existing base of over 40 brokers to drive business.
Mr. Nussbaum received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ramapo College in New Jersey. Beyond the company, he is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), volunteers at several food banks and has a passion for fitness and sports all while being an active husband and father of five.
