David Strange, CPA
Senior Managing Director
With approximately 15 years of industry experience, David Strange, Senior Managing Director-FHA Finance, co-manages Walker & Dunlop’s Nashville, Tennessee office. He is responsible for financing multifamily, healthcare, and other income-producing commercial real estate assets throughout the country.
Over the last decade, the Nashville office has closed over $1.5 billion of volume with a premier team consisting of 11 underwriting, closing, and servicing professionals.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Strange was an agency originator with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, Inc and has experience working for SunTrust Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Mr. Strange is a certified public accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of South Alabama.
