Wilson Rogers
Managing Director
Managing Director Wilson Rogers joined Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets group in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of iCap Realty Advisors. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Rogers has over 17 years of industry experience and he is responsible for debt and equity joint venture production for all property types.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Rogers was a director at Q10 iCap Realty Advisors where he originated loans for commercial real estate properties nationwide. His experience includes working with all asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, and office. Mr. Rogers also has extensive experience financing properties with historic tax credit and low income housing tax credit structures. Before joining Q10 iCap Realty Advisors in 2010, Mr. Rogers gained experience in office and retail leasing, equity placement, and commercial banking through various positions at Richmond Honan, First Citizens Bank, and NAI Nashville (now Colliers Nashville).
Mr. Wilson obtained his MBA from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, with a dual concentration in finance and real estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of the South, Sewanee. Mr. Rogers holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a member of alumni groups for the University of the South and the Terry College of Business. Wilson resides in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
