Syeda Hashmi
Senior Director
Based in Los Angeles, California, Syeda Hashmi is a Senior Director for Walker & Dunlop’s small-balance multifamily lending group. Ms. Hashmi brings over 15 years of commercial real estate finance experience to the company.
Prior to Walker and Dunlop, Ms. Hashmi served as SVP, Loan Originator at Capital One, where she was responsible for growing the small balance agency finance team. Over her career, her success in closing over 2 billion in originations is attributed to her deep connections to her clients and in-depth knowledge of the California real estate market.
Ms. Hashmi received her postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Washington in Seattle.
