Ronald Cavalieri
Director, Small Balance Group - Production
Ronnie Cavalieri is a director for Walker & Dunlop’s small balance multifamily lending group, based in Needham, Massachusetts. In his role, he is responsible for nationwide middle-market loan origination.
Mr. Cavalieri joined Walker & Dunlop in July 2024 from Berkadia, where he was a director of mortgage banking overseeing GSE Multifamily financing nationwide. He previously managed Berkadia’s Small Loan Originations platform across its national network of mortgage bankers. Prior to Berkadia, Mr. Cavalieri served as a vice president at Capital One Multifamily Finance, managing GSE Small Loan production since the platform’s launch in 2015. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap and Arbor Commercial Mortgage.
Mr. Cavalieri earned a BSBA with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
