Robert Milanette
Senior Director - FHA Finance

Rob Milanette is a senior director of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this capacity, Rob assists clients nationwide in the structuring, underwriting, and closing of HUD/FHA-insured mortgages, with a core concentration on affordable and market-rate multifamily housing communities.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Milanette served a senior vice president at Rockport Mortgage, where he specialized in the restructuring and recapitalization of HUD-assisted/affordable projects, as well as in HUD/FHA-insured financing of market rate rental housing. Before joining Rockport, Mr. Milanette spent more than seven years as a practicing attorney at two of Boston’s premier law firms.
Mr. Milanette earned his juris doctor from Boston College Law School and his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. Mr. Milanette lives in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston with his wife, Kelly.
