Mike Valucci
Director, FHA Finance
Mike Valucci is a director on the FHA Finance team at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for all aspects of financing, including structuring, origination, and deal management for HUD and Agency transactions.
Mr. Valucci joined Walker & Dunlop’s FHA origination team in 2020. He specializes primarily in HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loan programs. Throughout his career, Mr. Valucci has participated in the origination and underwriting of over $1 billion in transactions, primarily through FHA- and HUD-insured programs, and he has experience in a wide variety of transaction types, including the acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation, and construction of multifamily housing nationwide.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Valucci was a leasing associate at JLL, where he was responsible for negotiating triple net and modified-gross leases for tenants and landlords in the Philadelphia market.
Mr. Valucci earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting with a Minor in Real Estate Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He is also a St. Joseph’s University Real Estate and Construction Alumni chapter member.
