Marc Andenmatten
Senior Director
Marc Andenmatten is a Senior Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales, based in Walnut Creek, California. He is responsible for originating and executing multifamily property sales in the Northern California region. Mr. Andenmatten has closed over 2,000 units, representing over $200 million in sales volume, since 2014.
Mr. Andenmatten began his career in commercial real estate at Newmark Knight Frank as an Investment Analyst, eventually earning promotions to Director, then Managing Director. During his tenure at Newmark, he was recognized as a Rising Star in 2018. In his role as Managing Director, Mr. Andenmatten was responsible for expanding the firm’s multifamily platform in Sacramento and the Central Valley and was focused on providing high level advisory services to his clients, with an emphasis on middle-market transactions.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in international studies and international political economy from the University of Washington. Additionally, Mr. Andenmatten is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
