Logan Zotovich
Director
Logan Zotovich is a director of multifamily finance, specializing in small balance loans at Walker & Dunlop, based in Irvine, California. In his role on the Small Balance Group team, Mr. Zotovich provides financing for multifamily properties across the nation.
Prior to his role as an associate director, Mr. Zotovich held positions as a senior analyst and transaction manager at Walker & Dunlop.
Mr. Zotovich earned his bachelor’s degree in international studies, focusing on global business and economics, from the University of California, Irvine, and his master’s degree in marketing from the University of Essex in Colchester, England.
