Logan Weaver
Director, Investment Sales
Logan Weaver is a director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Kansas City, Missouri. In his role, he is responsible for representing institutional and private clients in the valuation and disposition of multifamily assets across the Midwest. Over the course of his career, he has arranged he has arranged $276 million in sales volume for over 25 properties.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Weaver was vice president at Colliers, focusing on investment sales in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Before that, he worked on multifamily investment brokerage at Marcus & Millichap.
Mr. Weaver earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance, banking, and real estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
