Lis Patterson
SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis
Lis Patterson, Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, joined Walker & Dunlop in October 2012. Ms. Patterson’s primary responsibility is budgeting and forecasting for the Company, as well as providing internal reporting to executive and senior leadership.
Prior to creating the financial planning & analysis department, Ms. Patterson was in the financial reporting group of the Accounting department, working on both internal and external reporting responsibilities. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Patterson worked at EY, where she worked as an associate in the assurance practice servicing companies in real estate and hospitality.
Ms. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University. She also holds an active CPA license.
