Leesha Creech, MAI
Senior Director
Leesha Creech, MAI, is a senior director on the Apprise team based in Dallas, Texas. Bringing more than 25 years of commercial appraisal experience, she is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Ms. Creech specializes in appraising industrial facilities and multifamily projects. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is serving as a supervisory appraiser to mentor three appraiser trainees.
Prior to joining Apprise, Ms. Creech was a Director of Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield for roughly four years. She specialized in appraising cold storage facilities and appraised a myriad of commercial investment properties including industrial, multifamily, new car dealerships, retail centers, mixed-use, office, vacant sites, and agricultural land.
Ms. Creech earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin. Her hobbies include hiking, skiing, and kayaking with family and friends. She has a passion for helping others and was instrumental in relocating several war-fleeing Ukrainian families to Texas.
