Kirk Emmer
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Kirk Emmer is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his role, he is responsible for placing capital for income-producing properties nationwide including apartments, industrial, retail, hospitality, and office assets.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Emmer was an analyst and senior analyst at Walker & Dunlop, where he has been directly involved in placing more than $3B in debt. He has additional experience working as an analyst at a debt fund, Prime Finance, where his responsibilities included financial analysis and building pitch books for investment opportunities.
Mr. Emmer earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from Marquette University. He is an active participant in the Real Estate Alumni of Marquette (REALM) network, as well as the NAIOP-Wisconsin Chapter. Beyond his work, he enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, biking and being active.
