Josh Tarpley
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Josh Tarpley is an associate director of Capital Markets, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and structuring of debt and equity financing for all commercial real estate asset classes across the country, with a focus on the Southeast. Bringing over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Tarpley joined Walker & Dunlop in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of iCap Realty Advisors.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Tarpley was a loan originator at Lincoln Financial Group as well as Voya Investment Management, underwriting and structuring conventional and bridge loans nationwide. During his career, Mr. Tarpley has successfully closed over $3B in commercial loans.
Mr. Tarpley graduated with his bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
