Jessica Schmidt
Divisional CFO, Affordable Equity
Jessica Schmidt is the Chief Financial Officer at Alliant. Ms. Schmidt is responsible for the financial affairs of Alliant and its affiliates. Prior to joining Alliant, Ms. Schmidt spent time with New Jersey owner/developers, Prism Capital Partners and Woodmont Properties, where she oversaw the financial and operational management of the real estate portfolios and residential developments throughout New Jersey.
More recently, Ms. Schmidt was the Chief Financial Officer of two Manhattan based firms, Hidrock Properties and SHVO, both owner/developers, where she managed finance, accounting, human resources, and IT. Ms. Schmidt brings over 20 years of experience that span finance and accounting, operations, and human resources in the construction, development, hospitality, and property management industries.
