Jeff Dean
Director of Analytics, Affordable Investment Sales
Jeff Dean is a director of analytics at Walker & Dunlop, based in Denver, Colorado. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the analysis of all affordable investment sales opportunities, including Section 8, Section 42, and Section 515 assets nationwide. Over his fifteen-year long career, Mr. Dean has participated in the acquisition and redevelopment of over $400 million of both affordable and conventional properties.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dean served as director of analytics at Greystone Real Estate Advisors, where he created the platform’s methodology for affordable investment sales analysis. Before that, he was the director of project finance for Cambridge Housing Partners, where he personally completed multiple redevelopments of properties encumbered by HAP and LIHTC restrictions.
Mr. Dean graduated cum laude from Harvard University.
