Jason McFadden
Director, Capital Markets
Jason McFadden is a director of Capital Markets on Walker & Dunlop’s Debt & Structured Finance team, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing equity and debt financing solutions for commercial real estate developers and owners nationwide.
Mr. McFadden joined Walker & Dunlop in 2013 as an analyst in the Asset Management department and later transitioned into a production role within the Capital Markets department in 2015. Since 2015, Mr. McFadden has participated in financing real estate transactions totaling over $4 billion.
Mr. McFadden earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is also an active member of the DC Real Estate Group.
