Jake Footer
Associate Director, Small Balance Group - Production
Jake Footer is an associate director of real estate finance based in Columbus, Ohio. In his role, he facilitates the transactions of new loans for small-balance and conventional multifamily properties from origination to closing.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Footer was also a senior analyst at Walker & Dunlop. He offers extensive knowledge of nuanced agency financing to provide the optimal lending solution for each individual transaction.
Mr. Footer earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with a specialization in finance and a minor in psychology.
