Greg Richardson
Managing Director
Greg Richardson, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop as part of the Johnson Capital acquisition in November 2014. Mr. Richardson specializes in originating commercial financing opportunities for clients nationwide and has closed over $3.0 billion in commercial debt and equity for all property types including: multifamily, retail, industrial, and office.
Prior to his role of managing director at Johnson Capital, Mr. Richardson served as vice president at City National Bank, where he focused on commercial and construction lending for Southern California based clients.
Beyond the company, Mr. Richardson is a board member of USC Lusk School of Real Estate, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a licensed California broker.
Mr. Richardson has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance.
