Garrett McMullan
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
Garrett McMullan is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In his role, he is responsible for structuring multifamily transactions across several lending platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, banks, and debt funds. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2018, he has been involved in the underwriting, origination, and execution of more than $5 billion in multifamily loans.
Prior to his current role, Mr. McMullan worked as a senior underwriter within the GSE Underwriting department at Walker & Dunlop. Prior to that, he gained experience as a research associate at CoStar Group, where he was responsible for capturing business-critical information, dissecting trends, and constructing insightful market narratives for clients.
Mr. McMullan earned his bachelor’s degree in Spanish, History, and International Studies from the University of South Alabama. He also his holds a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University.
