Eric Khoa
Managing Director
Eric Khoa is a Managing Director of Affordable Multifamily Production. In his role, he is responsible for building on Walker & Dunlop’s affordable housing financing efforts across all capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and private capital providers. Mr. Khoa brings 19 years of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending and underwriting experience to Walker & Dunlop.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Khoa worked as a Director at Wells Faro Multifamily Capital, where he originated, analyzed, and closed multifamily loan requests.
Mr. Khoa earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and his master’s in finance from San Diego State University.
