Chris Charboneau
Managing Director
Chris Charboneau, Managing Director, is responsible for originating commercial financing for properties located nationwide. Mr. Charboneau is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Charboneau served as an originator and banker in the real estate investment banking groups of Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. In addition, Mr. Charboneau has experience as a mezzanine/structured finance lender with Rubicon America Trust and Key Bank.
Mr. Charboneau holds a MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a BA from the University of Michigan. Beyond the Company, Mr. Charboneau is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
