Brad Boston
Director
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Brad Boston is a Director within Walker & Dunlop's property sales group. Mr. Boston is responsible for the origination and execution of asset and land investment sales, as well as equity capital raises for multifamily assets throughout Tennessee and the surrounding regional markets.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Boston was a Senior Associate with the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group, where he was responsible for multifamily property marketing and sales throughout the Southeast region. Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Mr. Boston was a real estate manager for LifePoint Hospitals and the Healthcare Practice Group, where he handled the leasing for 23 hospitals across the United States.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, Mr. Boston worked for Waterstone Resorts in Naples, Florida, where he oversaw the rental operations and management of more than 600 vacation homes and condos in the area. Throughout his career, Mr. Boston has participated in over $750 million in investment sales volume.
Mr. Boston received his Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University and his Master of Business Administration from Belmont University.
