Blair Tynes
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
Blair Tynes is an associate director of multifamily finance based in Walker & Dunlop’s Nashville office. In his role, he is responsible for nationwide loan originations. In his nine years at Walker & Dunlop, he has participated in the origination and underwriting of over $5 billion in commercial real estate financing.
Mr. Tynes joined Walker & Dunlop in 2015 and previously served as an underwriting analyst and underwriter before moving into the production department in 2019. Throughout his career, he has experience with conventional multifamily housing, affordable housing, manufactured housing, and student housing, including large portfolios and structured transactions.
Mr. Tynes earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington & Lee University and is active in the Nashville Urban Land Institute (ULI) Chapter.
