Annika Kollevoll
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
Annika Kollevoll is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop. In her role, she is responsible for securing financing for income-producing multifamily properties nationwide.
Ms. Kollevoll joined the company in 2019 as a member of the Multifamily Underwriting department. Since transitioning to a production role in 2020, she has been directly involved in arranging over $4.5 billion in financing for more than 125 properties.
Ms. Kollevoll received her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Northwestern University, where she was a four-year member of the women’s swimming and diving program. Ms. Kollevoll is also an active member of Women of Walker & Dunlop (WoWD). In 2023 she was the recipient of the company’s Athena Award, given in recognition of exemplary achievement. Beyond the company, she volunteers with a variety of community and philanthropic organizations, focusing on mentoring, education, and student-athlete career development.
