Andrew Schoene
Senior Director
Andrew Schoene, Senior Director, is based out of the company’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office, and is responsible for arranging financing for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties throughout the United States.
Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2013, Mr. Schoene has been directly involved in arranging more than $5 billion in debt including construction, bridge, permanent, and mezzanine financing. His lending sources have included life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS providers, debt funds, and local, regional, and national banks.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Schoene served as Vice President at BMO Harris Bank where he originated and managed commercial real estate debt for Milwaukee-based real estate development and investment groups.
Mr. Schoene graduated Marquette University in 2004 where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate. Beyond the company, Mr. Schoene is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), and he is an active member of Real Estate Alumni of Marquette (REALM). He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family on a pair of skis, a bike, or with a set of golf clubs.
