Chris Rumul
Senior Managing Director
Chris Rumul, senior managing director, is responsible for originating new FHA business for Walker & Dunlop through new and existing borrower relationships. Throughout his career, Mr. Rumul has originated and closed more than $3.5 billion with HUD, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Rumul served as vice president in the FHA Lending Program at CW Capital LLC. Throughout his extensive career at CW Capital LLC, Mr. Rumul held several positions including an analyst and underwriter trainee in the FHA underwriting division and began his career as a loan administrator where he was responsible for a $1 billion portfolio. Previously, Mr. Rumul worked as a leasing representative and project manager for The Flatley Company where he independently negotiated triple net and modified-gross leases with brokers and proprietors.
Mr. Rumul is an FHA MAP-approved underwriter and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Bryant University.
