Keith Melton
Senior Managing Director
With more than 22 years of industry experience, Keith Melton, Senior Managing Director-FHA Finance, co-manages Walker & Dunlop’s Nashville, Tennessee office and is responsible for multifamily and healthcare loan originations primarily utilizing FHA financing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Melton was a FHA originator with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, Inc., where he originated loans under all FHA programs during his seven-year tenure. Previously, Mr. Melton was a commercial lender for 12 years for Fifth Third Bank and First American National Bank.
Mr. Melton is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Welch College.
