Ralph Lowen Receives HousingWire’s Rising Star Award

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) (the “Company”) announced today that Ralph Lowen has been named one of HousingWire’s Rising Stars. This award recognizes 50 professional young leaders in the mortgage industry that specialize in lending, servicing, investing, and real estate.

Mr. Lowen, senior vice president, originates permanent and construction financing for both market rate and affordable multifamily properties with an emphasis on FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Mr. Lowen joined Walker & Dunlop in 2015 and was instrumental in establishing the Company’s Denver presence. Throughout Mr. Lowen’s career, he has originated over $800 million in commercial real estate loans throughout the United States. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lowen was a principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he was responsible for financing over 10,000 multifamily units.
