The collaboration of The Vistria Group and W&D Affordable Preservation at Savannah at Southport, a vibrant community in West Sacramento, California, highlights the power of partnership between our two companies with an aligned mission. This project exemplifies our shared vision for affordable housing, striking a balance between community preservation and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

An all-affordable 228-unit garden-style mixed-income residential community, Savannah at Southport affordability will be maintained with all units being made affordable to families earning between 50 and 80 percent of AMI, thanks to the teamwork of The Vistria Group and W&D Affordable Preservation. Anadu shared her excitement, “Working with W&D’s team has been a rewarding journey. Together, we’re not just preserving homes; we're enhancing communities.”
