Terri Magnani
Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer
Terri Magnani is a Managing Director and the Chief Credit Officer for WDIP’s debt platform. In her role, Ms. Magnani is responsible for the credit approval process to ensure appropriate policies, procedures and systems are developed, implemented, and maintained in accordance with WDIP’s policies and standards. Ms. Magnani joined in 2022 and is in New York, New York.
Prior to joining WDIP, Ms. Magnani was Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Investment Advisory at Trimont Real Estate Advisors and a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Committee. In this role, she was responsible for the oversight and development of Trimont’s Global Investment and Advisory service line. She managed the investment advisory services for various clients including institutional banks, private equity funds and hedge funds.
Before joining Trimont, Ms. Magnani was a Senior Managing Director in the Diligence, Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Magnani has a diverse background in bridge, construction and conduit loan underwriting, CMBS trading, structure and loan analysis as well as commercial real estate research. She has held positions at Barclay’s Bank PLC, Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Tricadia Capital, LLC, and Merrill Lynch Investment Advisors.
Ms. Magnani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from St. John’s University.
