Stephen Lee
Senior Director
Stephen Lee joined Apprise by Walker & Dunlop as a Director in 2021. Mr. Lee joins Apprise with over 15 years of experience combined in property valuation. Mr. Lee's experience comprises a wide variety of commercial real estate property analysis and valuation for mostly regional and local lending institutions.
Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Lee served as a commercial real estate appraiser at JP Morgan Chase Bank and SVN Commercial Advisors. He focused on multifamily properties within the Greater Los Angeles area at Chase and variety of commercial properties at SVN. Mr. Lee appraised properties throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County.
Mr. Lee started and served as an Appraisal Analyst/Appraiser Trainee at JM United Appraisals Los Angeles office where he provided real property appraisal assistance with respect to problem definition, preliminary analysis, data collection, inspection of the property, highest and best use analysis, application of the approaches to value, final value conclusion, and report preparation.
Mr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with concentration in Real Estate Studies at Arizona State University, Global Campus. He is a candidate for designation of the Appraisal Institute, a Certified General Appraiser in California, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California.
