Meimei Zhao
SVP, Loan Servicing
Meimei Zhao is senior vice president of Servicing Compliance and Analytics at Walker & Dunlop, based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, she drives the department’s quality assurance program and compliance efforts, while overseeing the department’s data analytics and technology initiatives. Her work supports the team in making well-informed decisions grounded in data insights and enhancing operational efficiency by leveraging innovative solutions.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Zhao served as a director at Newmark Knight Frank, where she specialized in enterprise risk and governance. She also brings many years of experience in asset management and servicing from her tenure at Berkeley Point Capital LLC and its predecessor companies.
Ms. Zhao earned her bachelor’s degree in international economics from Fudan University in China and her master’s degree in finance from the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University.
