D. Mark Livingston
SVP, Acquisitions & Investment Management
D. Mark Livingston is the SVP, Acquisitions. He assumed this role in November 2019 and is responsible for the oversight of Alliant’s acquisitions and underwriting team and syndication processes.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Livingston served as Alliant’s SVP, Asset Management. He has extensive experience in multiple areas of the LIHTC industry, including investor relations, development, and syndication, in addition to acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Livingston earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Taxation from the Golden Gate University Bruce F. Braden School of Taxation, and a Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Livingston is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.
