Leigh Gerke
Associate Director, Investment Sales
Leigh Gerke is an associate director on the South Florida Investment Sales Multifamily Team at Walker & Dunlop. In her role, she oversees transaction processes and cultivates key client relationships. Ms. Gerke brings eight years of experience in the real estate investment sector, focusing extensively on multifamily property acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management, enabling her to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Gerke was an associate real estate manager in CBRE’s Asset Management division. There, she effectively managed approximately 4 million square feet of Class-A industrial and retail space for REIT and investor-owned portfolios, including Teachers Insurance and Annuity of America, Invesco, Founders, and Zurich.
Ms. Gerke earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, she is dedicated to giving back to the community and is actively involved in philanthropic efforts. Recently, she served on the Ambassador Board for the Covenant House of South Florida, which provides a safe haven for homeless youth.
