Lauren Bome
Senior Vice President
Lauren Bome is a Senior Vice President at Walker & Dunlop. In her role, she oversees strategy and operations across the Affordable Housing Platform. She sits on the Company’s Operations Committee and is active with the Women of Walker & Dunlop Employee Resource Group.
Ms. Bome came to Walker & Dunlop in 2021 through the acquisition of Zelman & Associates. After being part of Zelman & Associates’ founding sales team in 2008, Ms. Bome went on to play an integral role in developing the firm’s corporate strategy, implementing data tracking and analysis processes, and strategically managing industry and client relationships. She also ran corporate access and events and helped develop and manage parts of the firm’s information technology system.
Prior to joining Zelman & Associates, Ms. Bome was a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co.
Ms. Bome earned her MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Varsity Women’s Soccer Team captain. Ms. Bome is an East Coast native, growing up in Syracuse, NY, but found her way West to Park City, UT. She is an athlete at heart and spends as much time as possible enjoying the mountains and outdoor recreational activities with her husband and two boys.
