Laura Woltanski
Director, Affordable Production
Laura Woltanski is a director of Affordable Production at Walker & Dunlop, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. In her role, she works directly with clients to provide debt and equity solutions for multifamily and commercial transactions nationwide, focusing on affordable housing development, preservation, and resyndication.
Ms. Woltanski began her real estate financing career at Walker & Dunlop in 2010. During this time, she has advanced her role within the company and helped arrange over $21 billion dollars of financing.
Ms. Woltanski earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University and her master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of New Orleans. At Walker & Dunlop, she is very involved with DEI efforts, serving as Chair of the Women of Walker & Dunlop ERG, part of the leadership team of Walker & Dunlop’s Minds of All Kinds ERG, and a member of Fannie Mae’s DUS DEI committee. Outside of the company, Ms. Woltanski currently serves as ULI Louisiana’s Co-Chair of Advisory Services, a member of ULI NEXT America’s Leadership Steering Committee, and Treasurer for the combined Urban Revitalization Blue and Gold Product Councils.
