Josh DiSalle
Director, Investment Sales
Josh DiSalle is a director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Denver, CO. In his role, he is responsible for financial modeling, investment advisory and marketing support of multifamily assets in the Denver and Mountain West markets.
Prior to his role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. DiSalle served as the director of development at Alpine Investments, where he managed the development process for various multifamily and commercial assets in the Denver market. Before that, he was an Associate Director at HFF, where he provided financial modeling, marketing, and transaction management support for multifamily and commercial assets in the San Francisco and Bay Area markets.
Mr. DiSalle earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and his master’s degree in real estate and construction management from The University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
