John Nolan, MAI, LEED AP
Regional Managing Director
John Nolan is the Regional Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. Mr. Nolan is based in the Bethesda office and responsible for valuing and analyzing all asset types throughout the region.
Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Nolan worked as a Managing Director at Bowery Valuation. Before that, he owned and operated Verde Valuation Services, LLC. Throughout the past 20 years, Mr. Nolan has specialized in valuing all asset types across 41 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces.
Mr. Nolan is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, and one of the few MAIs who is also a LEED Accredited Professional, demonstrating knowledge of green/sustainable building fundamentals. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
