Jeremy Seid
Senior Director, Multifamily Finance
Jeremy Seid is a senior director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for Multifamily Loan Originations. Over the past 15 years, he has been involved in over 525 transactions totaling more than $16 Billion in financings with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and various other capital sources.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was a securitization analyst for JPMorgan Chase.
Mr. Seid earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Mary, coaching his daughter Emma in softball, and watching UGA football games with his son Jacob.
