Associate Director - Small Balance Group - Production
Jeremy Durnan is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Needham, Massachusetts. In his role, he is responsible for arranging financing for clients nationwide. He specializes in conventional and small multifamily loans and has experience utilizing a broad range of capital providers, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life insurance companies, CMBS providers, and debt fund lenders.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Durnan worked as an assistant vice president at East Boston Saving Bank, focusing on originating, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate loans in Greater Boston across all property types. Before that, he worked as an associate at Newmark Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance Group (formerly Berkeley Point Capital) where he was responsible for underwriting and closing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt for institutional, regional, and private client investors.
Mr. Durnan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University and completed the dual certificate program in real estate finance and commercial real estate from Boston University.
