Jared Nelson
Associate Director, Apprise
Jared Nelson is an associate director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, based in Seattle, Washington. In his role, he is responsible for identifying proper valuation methodologies while establishing appropriate reporting standards to achieve critical results.
Prior to his current role at Apprise, Mr. Nelson was a senior appraiser at CJM Investment Advisors, where he prepared appraisals for various properties, including multifamily, retail, hotels, hospitality properties, offices, and development sites. He also spent a brief period with Integra Realty Advisors as a senior analyst before joining the Apprise team.
Mr. Nelson earned his bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus in journalism from the University of Washington. He holds certifications in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and California, and is a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.
