Eric Norris
Director, Capital Markets
Eric Norris is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Denver, Colorado. In his role, he is responsible for providing customized financing solutions to owners and operators of multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties throughout the United States. His lending sources include life insurance companies, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, CMBS providers, debt funds and local, regional, and national banks. Since joining Walker and Dunlop in 2021, Mr. Norris has been directly involved in placing over $3 billion in debt across a variety of debt structures and transaction sizes ranging from $5 – 100 million.
Prior to joining Walker and Dunlop, Mr. Norris started his career in 2014 working as an analyst focused on multifamily investment sales at Berkadia. In 2017, he transitioned to a production role as an associate director and participated in over $700 million in transaction volume. His sales experience was concentrated around middle-market multifamily housing in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
Mr. Norris attend Langara College in Vancouver, B.C. and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2014. Mr. Norris is also an active member of NAIOP Colorado having sat as either the committee chair or member for multiple Developing Leaders (DL) programs.
