Elizabeth Ronayne
Managing Director, Investor Relations - Affordable Housing
Elizabeth Ronayne is a managing director of investor relations at W&D Affordable Equity, based in Massachusetts. In her role, she is primarily responsible for raising equity by expanding the team's client base. She has more than 30 years of banking and finance experience, including 20 years of structured LIHTC transactions in the affordable housing market.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Ronayne was the chief capital development officer at the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation. She also worked as a senior vice president of investor relations at the Stratford Capital Group, where she was responsible for raising equity through tax credit syndication investment partnerships. Before that, she was a senior vice president at Meridian Investments Inc.
Ms. Ronayne earned her bachelor's degree from Salem State University.
