David Collie
Managing Director
Managing Director David Collie joined Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets group in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of iCap Realty Advisors. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Collie has nearly 20 years of industry experience and he is responsible for spearheading the Capital Markets group’s growth in the Atlanta area in addition to overseeing his team’s origination activities. Mr. Collie has a deep knowledge of the life company lending market and prides himself on exceeding the expectations of his clients.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Collie was a principal and board member at iCap Realty Advisors, where he represented an integral part of the firm’s growth and development. There, he was consistently ranked as a top 3 producer across the platform’s nationwide network of over 150 finance professionals and was named the top producer in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2016. In his role at iCap, Mr. Collie’s responsibilities included debt and equity production, capital relationships, and loan servicing for all property types.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Mr. Collie graduated from Vanderbilt University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and most any outdoor pursuits.
